Spring Bait Remote Tent Hunts

New Brunswick is known for its plentiful numbers of large Black bear.  For a true outdoor and adventurous spring bear hunt, we offer the remote tent spring hunt located in the “Big 20” of Allagash.  The “Big 20” tent camp is located on the Maine / New Brunswick border where the big woods
produces Big bear!  Our experienced guides maintain over 100 bait sites well in advance of your hunt to assure bears are coming to the stand you will be hunting.  We will transport you from camp to your hunting site, place bait and will be readily available your trophy soon after the kill.  Our camouflaged stands keep hunters well hidden and set to accommodate both firearms and archery hunters.  What our hunters enjoy the most about a spring hunt is the opportunity for a multi-sport getaway.  While on your hunt, you can also fish the local streams, rivers, and ponds during the early run along with the opportunity to seek out coyote.

The tent camp is remote but provides some of the comforts of home like comfortable beds and hearty, homestyle meals.  If you are looking for an exciting and true outdoor hunt and adventure, you will find it here!

Fall Bait Bear Hunts

Baiting well in advance of the season, will keep bears coming throughout the hunting season. We offer over 100 baited stands to choose from and can guide you to the location of the animal you are seeking for your hunt.  We provide well camouflage stands to keep the hunter well hidden. Because of the baits, the northern coyote may also be attracted to the stand. Coyote season is in year round and can be taken with your big game license. We provide transportation from the Lodge to the hunting grounds and back to the Lodge.

Fall Bear Dog Hunts

We have over 30 seasoned and professionally trained hounds to guide us in your hunt.  We also have some of the most  advanced hunting equipment to track our dogs while on the  hunt.  These tracking systems enable you to spend more time hunting and less time looking for dogs. We are also fully equipped with GPS devices, 2 way radios and CB’s to effectivly communicate with one another while on the hunt.  Bear hunting with hounds is not for everyone, but if you are looking for an adventure, are not afraid of hard work this is one hunt you will never forget!
