Moose hunting in Maine is by lottery only and is why moose hunting kill percentages are high.  Trackdown  Kennels and Lodge is located among  tens of thousands of acres of commercial forests providing prime habitat for moose. Imagine overlooking a clear-cut on a  crisp autumn day, your guide at your side calling, a bull moose answers, and your adrenaline soars!

We specialize in guiding hunters in wildlife management districts 1, 2,3,5 & 6 where each year trophy bulls are harvested.
Our guides will provide transportation during the hunt and are fully skilled in handling the trophy after the kill.  Prior to your hunt, each guide will have spent numerous hours scouting areas you will hunt to locate the largest trophy bulls.
